In-Person Class Schedule

Mbrace the Technique – an expertly designed workout schedule programed to target every body part and take the guesswork out of your fitness routine. 
Our In-Person classes are what we call SGT (Small Group Training), with 6-7 members in a class. We offer two locations in boutique style garages in Cornelius, NC (you can find the locations by clicking on a class below). 
Our Virtual classes for Community Members will receive weekly email newsletters with zoom links, along with a detailed outdoor event schedule.
